This issue has two purposes:
1) Add 7 new variables (OPAQ products) to the standard CALIPSO-like COSP_lidar outputs consistently with the new GOCCPv3.0 dataset (3x2D variables and 4x3D variables)
2) Add a ground-based COSP_lidar with 7 new outputs from this new code embedded in the lidar simulator (Molecular backscatter + standard 2D and 3D cloud variables)
