This set of changes more closely aligns the MODIS simulator with the other passive simulators in COSP (ISCCP and MISR). Specifically the masking of nighttime points has been moved from just after the call the the MODIS simulator into the MODIS simulator. This makes the main COSP driver routine, cosp_simulator(), more clear and concise.
There are no changes to the baseline results.
