[Feature req] 3D Alpha Shapes #159

Hi guys, thanks so much for making these bindings, good job.

I was wondering if you could please implement the 3D alpha shapes function.

I am conducting research on cellular migration and this algorithm would really help me out. Thanks.

To be honest with you, the development of the bindings was done mainly through sponsoring. While we are adding new features when we have time, if you are really missing a feature you should think about sponsoring its addition. You can contact me in private if you want to know more.
