Raise warning instead of Errors if no UMI are requested in whitelist #447

I haven't been active lately, I see #298 #332 and #361 have been closed for that. Indeed I still use UMI-tools without UMI when scATAC-seq data are available. This patch modifies code to raise warnings instead of errors and continue execution.
