The 1.0.1 version doesn't run properly #449

Hi group,

I recently want to use this package to process a dataset with UMI. But when I run the latest package, none of the command works it always pop-up "SyntaxError: invalid syntax". Do you know how to fix it, is something wrong with my setting?

Never mind. Shouldn't run it within python.
