Yeah it is.
Here's an example when trying to add a connecting stroke perpendicular to the existing strokes, right in the center:
This was drawing from top left to bottom right, starting and ending on the existing strips.
My bad. I was on the wrong back.
This is fixed.
When drawing a stroke that stars or ends on another strips path, if that start/end point is not an existing junction then it tends to be very unreliable.
Sometimes it fails to merge the new strip with the newly created junction, sometimes it places the strip haphazardly, and sometimes it works as expected.
