Allow shipping labels to be generated for https://speedeedelivery.com/

Customer should be able to create a shipping label for order/orders, create an end of day report, create a manifest for the carrier.

Length, width, height, and weight will be passed in from the Shopify integration.

• [ ] Create 'SpeeDee' service in the migration ie: 'Standard' service.
• [ ] Generate formatted shipping label
  • [ ] save as base64 on Order model
• [ ] Generate manifest file for SpeeDee from frontend
  • [ ] Send FTP to speedee based off CustomerMeta settings
  • [ ] Show a view with shipping information for printing
• [ ] Ability to void shipping label
