At some point this should probably all be moved into a wiki instead of a long README, but I'm feeling lazy tonight. Please give input, since some of this newer architecture I don't fully understand

@AngelaKrone here is the instructions for how to backup and reset the server. I've already done these steps, but thought I would direct your attention here if you are curious!
