Add prettier, set up coveralls, & add pre-commit hook

This PR does the following:

• Installs prettier and runs it
• Set up coveralls to display test coverage information
• Create pre-commit hook to run eslint and prettier
• Update CI to check prettier and upload test coverage to coveralls
