Changed:

Since the datasets become large, they have been moved under scripts folder,
GWF/Usask naming conventions has changed, and
Copyright notices have been updated.

Enhancements:

Ensemble members are not processed in a parallel scheme.

Added datasets:

6 downscaled climate projections as well as a "Hybrid observation" datasets product of Alberta Government have been been added (data not public yet, therefore, not DOI provided),
Descriptions for the "Hybrid observation" has been added.
