Might be cleaner to separate sub-functions of VISCOUS() into separate files #5

For example:

pyviscous.py to contain VISCOUS()
helpers.py to contain define_GSA_variable_index()
cdf.py to contain standardize_data() and sample_from_data()
gmm.py to contain fig_GMM() and calculate_GMM_conditional_pdf()
plotting.py to contain plot_gmm_mean_cov() and plot_gmm_cluster_pdf()
