Added some documentation for Homebrew users on how to install and configure SUMMA to run. Reviewers can ignore the Makefile_* as they are the ones containing the exact paths in my local machine.

Are the two makefiles part of the PR or did those end up in here by accident? If so, it would be cleaner to remove them.
