Implement a safety procedure when deleting events. Current event deletes events permanently. This feature creates a procedure system that will allow users to return recently deleted events.

[ ] Create a new table in Supabase
[ ] Re-work the delete functionality
[ ] Test new delete

After reviewing the application, it was found that there is a potential quality of life feature missing from the application.
