Wrong project file format #1

When I try to install component on Delphi 5, I have a problem with compilator error: "Line too long (more than 1023 characters)"

I check it and this is a problem with EOL of project file. Project file have one character on each of the line - but older Delphi required to detect EOL (End of line)

Please change this.

Hi, I don't have Delphi 5 at the moment and I can't fix and test DCPcrypt on an older version of Delphi.

If you can fix it, I'll be glad to receive your pull request.
