스타일링 된 컴포넌트의 export를 추가했습니다.
useDraggable & useResize의 사용법을 통일했습니다.
style component 색상 버그를 잡고 전반적인 ui를 바꾸었습니다.
guideline을 board단위로 적용 가능하도록 바꾸었습니다.
