Add logging to Manifest compilation #36

Add some simple, Monolog powered logging to the Manifest when the compile method is called, so e.g. users of command line tools can see the progress of compilation.

Tasks:

[ ] Add Monolog as dependency
[ ] Log compile times of each asset given in compile
