These test are all passing locally, I'm not sure what's happening in the GHA. @odarotto do you have any idea?

@shinybrar setting the Workspace in the Action vs in the conftest.py for Pytest seems to make no difference. Something else is going on here.

@shinybrar We need to get these changes into the main branch. Nothing will be properly archived until this is merged. The current chimefrb workspace points to the wrong place.
