Buzz sample is out of date #326

The Buzz sample doesn't compile and is obsolete:

http://code.google.com/p/google-api-java-client/wiki/SampleProgram#Buzz_Sample

We have two options:

1. Update it to match the updates in buzz-cmdline-sample

2. Replace it with a more compelling Google+ sample since the Buzz API is 
deprecated.  See for example the sample snippet from our blog post, or 
something from http://code.google.com/p/google-plus-java-starter/

The buzz sample has been deleted and the wiki has been updated with Plus Sample:
