[GENERAL] jukebox.json has bad links #8356

Brief description of the bug

The jukebox playlists are littered with files that do not work ever since discord changed how links to files hosted on their site works. There are 42 songs affected from a cursory search. The lobby theme, Passing Time in an Escape Pod by TeknoAXE, is one of these songs.

... Additionally, there are 3 entire playlists (Casino, Casino light, and Casino dark) chock full of nonfunctional music that you can unlock by hacking.

What you expected to happen

I expect to hear music when I pick a song, e.g. UNATCO - Ambience, a track I wanted to loop on low volume with my jukebox just a couple of days ago.

What actually happened

Nothing. The song does not play. You get total silence for the duration of the track.
