Description

This PR introduces a few non-functional changes for tidying up the package and removing one unnecessary function.

Proposed Changes

List changes below in bullet format:

Move all @importFrom statements under REDCapTidieR-package.R
Add skip_if_not_installed() for tests that make use of labelled and skimr since these are not dependencies, but suggests of the package
Remove get_credentials() function as reference folders and use of httptest/mocks no longer apply
Upgrade and update renv
Update PR template (remove mocks bullet, fix usethis::use_version() note)
Add fancy downloads/month badge to README

Addresses a comment from the openxlsx folks in #158
