Various updates per meeting on 5/3/2024.

Proposed Changes

List changes below in bullet format:

Remove arrow parameters from ggswim()
Move add_arrows() logic to separate script
Update tests
Update vignette articles and README
Add gallery article showcasing simple dataset use
Showcase scale_color_brewer() use for palettes
