I'm packaging Lampray as a Flatpak (https://github.com/poperigby/io.github.CHollingworth.Lampray), so having it check for updates itself is undesirable. I want Flatpak to update Lampray.

A build option to disable checking for updates in the app.
Describe alternatives you've considered
Just ignoring it lol. I think it's possible to mess up the Flatpak if a user tries to update it from within the app though, so this isn't a great solution.
