add option to export minimized CSV output

allow the user to specify a minimized CSV export with only lon, lat, depth, time fields

• modify new order payload into include "minimize" option. default to "full" with lon, lat, depth, time, platform, provider, unique_id, filename
• modify lambda to use the option in creating the Athena query SQL
• update documentation, JSON schema
