feat: Added multiple features and bug fixes previously implemented last-minute for Lunar and Opferm

Fixes #157 Fixes #34

Warns user if they have empty scores on return to flight button and when they attempt to submit flight
Adds ability for users to delete scoresheets and flights
Fixed bug where mouse clicks were not being properly captured on sliders
