Clean up the codebase #53

There are quite a few methods and functions both on the server side and front end pages that could be removed or cleaned up.

Split templates script into separate js file
Consider splitting larger template files into multiple smaller files (nested folder structure)
- views/scoresheet
- scoresheet.pug
  - include scoresheet-header.pug
  - etc.
- scoresheet-header.pug
- scoresheet-info-tab.pug
- scoresheet-aroma-tab.pug
- etc.
Consolidate and rename images in a single directory
