Add ploidies for each taxon to improve the visualization results and clarify 
why the same taxon is inside two genepool levels.

ex:

Medicago sativa L. nothosubsp. varia (Martyn) Arcang.

Gene Pool Primary relative of Medicago sativa L.
Gene Pool Secondary relative of Medicago sativa L.

should be: 
Medicago sativa L. nothosubsp. varia (Martyn) Arcang.

Gene Pool Primary relative of Medicago sativa L.  (4x)
Gene Pool Secondary relative of Medicago sativa L.(2x)
