Describe the feature

Process PVM uses a custom script (post-VEP_modification.R) that restructure and filter the VEP output (https://github.com/TBLabFJD/PARROT-FJD/blob/main/modules/execution_modules.nf; https://github.com/TBLabFJD/PARROT-FJD/blob/main/tasks/post-VEP_modification.R). It also add GlowGenes annotation.
