This process takes the merged vcf and adapt its format for VEP. Line 2352 (https://github.com/TBLabFJD/PARROT-FJD/blob/main/modules/execution_modules.nf).

"bgzip" and "tabix" steps not included in FORMAT2INFO module, they will be added as modules
