MEGA sLASER simulation #31

Hi,

I'm looking to create a basis set for use with a MEGA sLASER sequence (the one from the CMRR package). The FID-A appears to have the scripts for simulating sLASER, so I was just wondering if anyone knew of a MEGA version?

Hi Hannah,

I hope to include MEGA-sLASER at some point in the future, but the timeline is uncertain.

I believe that there is one person who may be working on a MEGA-sLASER variant, based on the FID-A code. If you send me a separate email to jamie.near@mcgill.camailto:jamie.near@mcgill.ca I can send you their contact information.

Hello! I am new to MRS and I'm also working with MEGA-sLASER. I would also be interested in these basis-sets. The basis set calculation for the MEGA-sLASER is described in Völzke et al. 2020 On the reproducibility of hippocampal MEGA‐sLASER GABA MRS at 7T using an optimized analysis pipeline.
