Fixing Gln.mat field naming #77

Hey Jamie,

Gln.mat has a name field of sysGln_nh2 instead of Gln_nh2 like the other metabolites. I changed the name field to Gln_nh2. Hopefully it doesn't break anything. We can talk about it more when we meet next. Also, I added a lipid metabolite to the metabolite directory.
