Lipid removal #93

Lipid removal function using L2 regularization. There are some parameters that can be played with to get better lipid removal. I used it on Sneha's data and it seemed to remove the lipids from the PSF but was not able to remove the real lipid signal. If it isn't working use the zeroBasline to make sure the baseline signal is zero.
