bug in icedrv_history.F90 regarding trcrn #420

I found and fixed problems with trcrn in the netcdf history file. It was always -9999. I've also added the fsd diagnostics when tr_fsd=T. Would you like both fixes, and how should I share them with you? I'm not very good with git..
