Update timeseries.csh script, update gnuplot titles and fonts. Fonts were too small and titles were a little odd.

Add run_testoutput script to generate release plots for Icepack as part of release process.

Looks great! The internal energy change plot is surprisingly noisy -- should take a closer look at what's going on there, but not for this PR.
