9 years ago Not exactly. A company is a kind of human entity, so every company has a unique human id. That doesn't mean that a person, project or company (the 3 kinds of human beings) can't be related to N companies. Every kind of human can has relations with evey kind of human:
- person>relation>project
- person>relation>company
- person>relation>person
- project>relation>person
- project>relation>company
- project>relation>project
- company>relation>person
- company>relation>project
- company>realtion>company All these relations are stored in the tables rel_Human_Persons, rel_Human_Projects and rel_Human_Companies. In that tables, the human_id can be either a person, a project or a company. The 'relation' field can be null (not required), and in some cases it is automatically setted by the app (e.g. 'reference' when is a reference person of a project). The third field must be a Person if the table is rel_Human_Persons, a Project if the table is rel_Human_Project or a Company if the table is rel_Human_Companies.
I've observed that in the declaration of the company: https://github.com/CICIC/gestioCI_butterfly_release/blob/master/General/models.py#L283
the primary key is the human ID, then this table is limited to one company per human, is it right?
