Fix pd 0.46 0 compat #1

with these changes, I'm able to build and load CreamLibrary against/into Pd-vanilla and Pd-extended on Ubuntu 14.04 64bit

BUT : I got lots of "Bad arguments for message xxx to object yyy" like when opening c.ibrary-help.pd, I got :

 c.help.pub
... couldn't create
 c.help.header
... couldn't create
Bad arguments for message 'loadbang' to object 'c.loadmess'
Bad arguments for message 'loadbang' to object 'c.loadmess'

I got those message only with Pd-vanilla. In Pd-extended, it takes a long time to open the patch then no errors messages (but the 2 missing objects) and it lakes lots of GUI.
