Top Bar branding and toolbar inconsistency

If you look at the bars for the 3 pages they're really different.

1. Make the buttons uniform (like the black buttons)
2. Make the branding uniform (this bar along with the branding should be the same in every page)
3. Use a placeholder logo for neptune instead of all the other logos. The branding should never change in the app.
4. Make the handlebar take input parameter for the page name and render the page name where the Fluigi/MINT/Specify names are there.
