Design page outputs to {specified output folder name}/t/ #47

On naming output folder name and running PAR design stage, all output files get placed in {output folder name}/t/ . Shortly before the jamboree, @kestaskk fixed this for a local version of Neptune I have on my computer; when running from this version I have not problem. However, Master has this issue.

In Dev, the above does not occur. The output files successfully get placed into their correct folder. However the blueprint preview on all three layers are blank and an error occurs on not being able to find the associated .json. This crashes Neptune. Pic below.

There is a .json file of the same name in that directory, however, it is blank.

These tests have been run with the iGEM Jamboree toy example chip. Will run on a more simple chip to see if there is any issue with chip complexity/certain components

@aonanam can you check the output directory once and see if the all the outputs are present ?

@rkrishnasanka Sure - The .svgs do come out fine.

Unfortunately, the issue of the .json not found error persists after taking out the cell layer of the iGEM chip. The .json again is there, but it is empty
