Get Cello working in Docker #41

This works, but currently has two limitations:

database state is not persisted
each time a container is created from the image, mvn spring-boot:run re-downloads some stuff

@jamesscottbrown use a volume for DB state?

I wasn't sure where the derbydb was storing it's data: I've now seen it's in /resources/derbydb2, and modified the recommended docker command so database data is persisted.
