User can upload multiple SBOLs and Knox will internally determine whether to call the combinatorial or the regular parser.
Will create one design space per "root" ComponentDefinition or CombinatorialDerivation and use the displayId as the spaceId

No errors are thrown for duplicate space ids As far as I can tell, the spaces are merged.
