dnaplotlib duplicated? #15

It seems that dnaplotlib is included twice in this repository, once as the full package in the root and once inside pigeon dir. That also means that I updated only one of them when bringing it up to date with the latest master of dnaplotlib.

It must have been an oversight. We added it and never realized it.
