add strains of COVID-19 #23

The new strains (i.e., genetic variants) of COVID-19 need to be added to the ontology.

It appears that the NCBITaxon has not added the new strains yet: https://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov/Taxonomy/Browser/wwwtax.cgi?mode=Info&id=2697049 however, we are adding new strains now as we see fit. Thanks.
