Error importing XML #2

Hi,

I attempted to import the XML file into REDCap and got the following error:

"ERROR: An error occurred while creating the project. The process could not be completed. Details are provided below. The XML file could not be processed because it appears not to be valid XML or is missing certain basic components"

Is it possible the XML file has been corrupted in some way?

I uploaded a new xml file – please let me know if you’re able to import that into REDCap

Hi Marissa,

I asked our REDCap admin to test if the xml file worked to create a new REDCap project and they confirmed the xml file that I added on 03 March worked.

I have attached the correct xml file here to make sure you have access to the 03 March version

Please could you check with your REDCap admin to see if it’s a REDCap version issue that causes your error
