Added cards and deck information for Dilla Xhon - Zoogocho #20

Added the images for the Dilla Xhon deck.

I also created a deck in barajas.js for Dilla Xhon - Zoogocho because it was the language that we had all of the words for (there are other languages in there with incomplete word lists that can be added in the future).
