Right now, if someone successfully wins, the game stops calling new cards, but, otherwise, there is no other indication of a win/loss for the player.
We need it to display the win screen for the winning player (not the game play screen does not fully match this design yet - this ticket is only for implementing the win/loss overlay and does not need to worry about the underlying game page design):
