Prevent people from joining games with certain statuses (e.g. games that have ended) #4

Currently, if you have a link to a game, you can join it. This includes games that are already in process and games that already have a winner.

We should decide if we want to allow people to join games that are already in process.

We should definitely restrict people from joining games that have already ended.
