just a few initial notes I took when I tried to run the task on my computer. might be incomplete yet, so feel free to leave this PR open for now until I had time to test the task more.

Ah, sorry didn't see you wanted me to keep it open 😅 sorry

I made some additions as well. But we can also leave it in the current state for now and do the cleanup and documentation once the analysis/publication is going on.
