Foundry and Scigraph Categories and Facets don't match #8

Metadata editor is pulling from Scigraph for a typeahead search

If an new keyword is added, we need the information to match up correctly.

Do we need to use an API on the foundry?

Categories are obtained by traversing the subClassOf relationships, whereas Facets are obtained by a combination of cinergiParent and subClassOf annotations. In many cases they shouldn't match.
