Enhancer: add KW to a collection

Can we add some custom ingest property that would add a keyword to an entire collection?

For some sources, such as ECL, we may want to add rules (If source==”ECL” then always add keyword “geochemistry”). This will be true for several smallish sources, but not for larger sources. Megan will come up with suggested terms like this.

I have implemented this feature. To test it can you give me a link to a datasource at hydro10 and the keywords to add to the entire collection?
