East and West mixed up #7

East should be larger than West

The bounding box is from the original ISO XML (no title). Is this a user interface issue or coordinates issue?

I wonder if we shall have an enhancer that checks correctness of spatial extent. Basically: East Longitude > West Longitude (unless they span the 180 meridian). North Latitude > South Latitude (always). Detecting if the dataset spans the 180 meridian will be tricky. Typically, if it is about Pacific ocean, or generally the domain is ocean or atmosphere, the datasets are likely to span the 180. If it is geochemistry/geology/etc - then probably not...

So I guess I shall take this back. No need to make any changes for no until we can develop additional enhancers where metadata elements would be validated based on earlier keyword assignments, such as features, science domains, properties measured (some properties are more likely to be global than others).
