"The data were collected using a Sea-Bird SBE 19 SEACAT profiler, and submitted to NODC in the WHOI CTD Exchange Format."

"NODC" is recognized as National Oceanographic Data Center but annotated as Unassigned.

There might not be a solution for this issue, it might need to handled manually.

"NHDPlus is an integrated suite of application-ready geospatial data sets that incorporate many of the best features of the National Hydrography Dataset (NHD), the National Elevation Dataset (NED), the National Land Cover Dataset (NLCD), and the Watershed Boundary Dataset (WBD)."

"Geospatial Data Set" and "National Elevation Data Set" are recognized as Resource Type > Data Set but not the National Land Cover Dataset and Watershed Boundary Dataset. Also, dataset can be spelled as one word or two words, which may cause an issue.

After Reprocessing:

Doc ID: gov.noaa.nodc:0000009 "NODC" is recognized as National Oceanographic Data Center but still annotated as Unassigned.

Resolved:

Doc ID: SEN:0004 "Geospatial Data Set" and "National Elevation Dataset" are recognized as Resource Type > Data Set. "National Land Cover Dataset" and "Watershed Boundary Dataset" are also recognized as Resource Type > Data Set. It looks like both "Data Set" and "Dataset" are correctly recognized and annotated.
